Common Delivery Questions

What happens if I notice damage after the driver has left?

This is called "concealed damage." You should contact us within 24 hours of delivery. While noting damage on the delivery receipt is the best practice, we will work with you and the carrier to file a claim. Taking photos immediately is highly recommended.

Can I request a specific time for my delivery?

Standard deliveries are scheduled for a 4-hour window. If you require a specific, guaranteed time, this can be arranged for an additional fee. Please discuss this with our logistics team when coordinating your delivery.

What if the delivery truck can't access my location?

It is the customer's responsibility to inform us of any potential access issues (e.g., narrow streets, low bridges, lack of a loading dock). If we need to arrange a smaller truck or special equipment, we need to know in advance. Failure to do so may result in redelivery fees.

Do you offer storage if my site isn't ready?

Yes, we can arrange for short-term storage if your project is delayed. Storage fees will apply. Please contact us as soon as you anticipate a delay so we can provide a quote and make the necessary arrangements.
